For the purposes of Parts 7‑4 and 7‑5 of the new Act:
(a)
a reference to provisions of Part 7‑2 or 7‑3 of the new Act is taken to include a reference to Division 10 or Division 11 of this Part; and
(b)
a reference to the requirements of, or obligations under, Part 7‑2 or 7‑3 of the new Act is taken to include a reference to the requirements of, or obligations under, Division 10 or Division 11 of this Part.
