10 Design practitioner—civil engineering
A registered design practitioner who holds a design practitioner—civil engineering class of registration is authorised to do the following—
(a)
prepare or vary a regulated design in relation to an area of civil engineering, other than a design of a type that is referred to in clauses 14, 20 and 22 of this Schedule,
(b)
make a design compliance declaration for the regulated design.
