93B Partial refund of certain fees before registration
(1)
The refundable component of a fee paid for an application for registration must be refunded if—
(a)
the Secretary refuses the application, or
(b)
the applicant withdraws the application before the Secretary determines the application.
(2)
In this clause—
refundable component, of a fee, is the amount set out in Schedule 7, Part 1, Column 2.
