64 Professional indemnity policy required for registered design practitioners
(1)
For the purposes of section 11(2)(a) of the Act, a registered design practitioner must be indemnified under a professional indemnity policy that complies with this Division and Division 5.
(2)
A registered individual who is a registered design practitioner must ensure that all design work carried out by the individual is indemnified under a professional indemnity policy that complies with this Division and Division 5.
