87 Record keeping for principal design practitioners
A registered principal design practitioner must keep copies of the following—
(a)
a design compliance declaration provided for building work to the practitioner by a registered design practitioner,
(b)
a principal compliance declaration provided by the registered principal design practitioner under section 12 of the Act,
(c)
a notice provided by a registered building practitioner under clause 23 or 24.
