11 Design practitioner—drainage
A registered design practitioner who holds a design practitioner—drainage class of registration is authorised to do the following—
(a)
prepare or vary a regulated design in relation to stormwater drainage and roof drainage systems for a building with a rise in any number of storeys,
(b)
make a design compliance declaration for the regulated design.
