12 Design practitioner—drainage (restricted)
A registered design practitioner who holds a design practitioner—drainage (restricted) class of registration is authorised to do the following—
(a)
prepare or vary a regulated design in relation to stormwater drainage and roof drainage systems for a building that has a rise in storeys of no more than 6,
(b)
make a design compliance declaration for the regulated design.
