11 Duty to maintain satisfactory level of competence
A registered professional engineer must ensure that the professional engineer remains informed of developments in the following—
(a)
practices relating to professional engineering work that are relevant to the professional engineer’s prescribed area of engineering,
(b)
the law relevant to the carrying out of the professional engineer’s work.
