80 Policy may be subject to limit of indemnity
A professional indemnity policy may, only if the policy is not inconsistent with the requirements of this Part, be subject to the following—
(a)
a limit of indemnity for one claim,
(b)
a limit of indemnity for all claims occurring in one year.
