5 Duty to maintain satisfactory level of competence
A prescribed practitioner must ensure that the prescribed practitioner remains informed of—
(a)
developments in building design, construction and industry practice in relation to building design and construction, to the extent that the developments are relevant to the prescribed practitioner’s work, and
(b)
the law relevant to the carrying out of the prescribed practitioner’s work.
