Nomination of responsible person

In force

For the Act, definition of responsible person, the nomination of a person as a responsible person must include the following—

(a)

a copy of the person’s security clearance,

(b)

evidence, satisfactory to the regulatory authority, that the person has the relevant knowledge, experience and qualifications to supervise the activities authorised by the licence,

(c)

evidence the person is involved in the management of the corporation,

(d)

evidence the person consents to the nomination.
