33 Transport of ammunition and percussion caps by carriers—the Act, ss 24B and 24C
(1)
This section applies to a person who is—
(a)
operating the business of a carrier, or
(b)
acting in the ordinary course of the person’s duties in the business of a carrier.
(2)
A person to whom this section applies is not required to be authorised by a licence, or to hold a security clearance, to—
(a)
transport ammunition or percussion caps by vehicle, and
(b)
possess and store ammunition and percussion caps for the purpose of and incidental to transporting the ammunition or percussion caps.
