43 Supervision of explosives or explosive precursors removed from storage
(1)
A licence holder must ensure that explosives removed from a secure magazine are, until used or returned to a secure magazine, kept under the direct supervision of a person who holds a security clearance that is in force.
Maximum penalty—250 penalty units.

A licence holder must ensure that explosive precursors removed from a secure store are, until used or returned to a secure store, kept under the direct supervision of a person who holds a security clearance that is in force.
Maximum penalty—250 penalty units.
