61 Compliance with safety management plan
A licence holder must ensure that—
(a)
the requirements of, and procedures specified in, the licence holder’s safety management plan are observed, and
(b)
activities under the licence are undertaken in accordance with the safety management plan.
Maximum penalty—250 penalty units.
