109 Order for examination of witness
(1)
This rule applies if the court orders a witness to attend and be examined before the court or a person appointed by the court (examiner) under the Code, section 671B(1)(b).
(2)
If the court orders the witness to be examined before the court, the order must state the time and place at which the witness is required to attend for the examination.
(3)
If the court orders the witness to be examined before an examiner, the order must state the following—
(a)
the examiner’s name;
(b)
the names of the witnesses to be examined;
(c)
the place for taking the examination.
(4)
The registrar must ensure a copy of the order is served on each witness named in it.
