14 Forms of indictment or information
(1)
An indictment to be presented in the Supreme Court must be in the form of schedule 2, form 1.
(2)
An indictment to be presented in the District Court must be in the form of schedule 2, form 2.
(3)
An information to be presented in the Supreme Court must be in the form of schedule 2, form 3.
(4)
The indictment or information must also contain a statement of the offence under rule 15.
