59 Application of ch 14

This chapter applies to proceedings on indictment.
(2)
This chapter also applies, with necessary changes, to the hearing of a charge of a summary offence against an accused person under the Code, section 651.
(3)
Rule 62 also applies to a proceeding in a Magistrates Court.
