91 Definitions for part
In this part—
appeal includes—
(a)
an application for leave to appeal; and
(b)
an application about an appeal; and
(c)
an appeal under the District Court of Queensland Act 1967, section 118; and
(d)
a reference by the Attorney-General.
party means a party to an appeal or subsequent appeal.
subsequent appeal includes—
(a)
an application for leave to make a subsequent appeal; and
(b)
an application about a subsequent appeal.
