90 Court may order Crown law officer to defend appeal
(1)
This rule applies to an appeal mentioned in this part defended by a private prosecutor.
(2)
The court may—
(a)
order the Crown law officer to take over the defence of the appeal and be responsible, for the State, for further proceedings in the appeal; and
(b)
make any other order it considers appropriate.
