96 Service of orders and notices
(1)
The following orders must be served personally, unless the court directs otherwise—
(a)
an order to produce a document, exhibit or other thing in an appeal or subsequent appeal;
(b)
an order requiring a witness to attend before the court or an examiner.

(2)
The registrar may ask the Commissioner of the Police Service to ensure that an order or notice to be given to a person by the registrar under this division is served on the person personally by a police officer.
