32 Prosecutor’s obligations when document to be admitted in evidence
(1)
This rule applies if the prosecutor intends to have a document produced under rule 30 admitted into evidence.
(2)
The prosecutor must, within a reasonable time before the document is admitted into evidence, give to the other party—
(a)
notice of the prosecutor’s intention; and
(b)
a copy of the document free of charge.
