17 Operational work for removing quarry material
Operational work for removing quarry material from—
(a)
a State forest, timber reserve, forest entitlement area, or Crown land, as defined under the Forestry Act; or
(b)
a forest consent area, as defined under the Forestry Act, if the quarry material is reserved to the State in a deed of grant under the Land Act.
