A local government must keep available for inspection only—

a private certifier application register for the following applications relating to the local government’s local government area—

all development applications made to a private certifier as the assessment manager;

all change applications made to a private certifier as the responsible entity; and

if the local government removes a person from a list stated in section 1(1)(v)—a register of all persons removed from the list which includes the following information for each person removed—

the person’s name and contact details;

the date the person was originally included in the list;

the date the person was removed from the list.

Subsection (1)(a) does not apply for a development application or change application until the local government—

is given a copy of the decision notice for the application; or

is advised by the private certifier that the application has lapsed or been withdrawn.
