20 Assessable development—development on strategic port land
Development on strategic port land is assessable development, if—
(a)
either—
(i)
the land use plan for the strategic port land states the development is assessable development; or
(ii)
the development is a material change of use that is inconsistent with the land use plan; and
(b)
for premises in a priority port’s master planned area—the port overlay for the master planned area does not state a different category of development for the development.
