27C Prohibited development—material change of use for shopping centre
(1)
A material change of use of premises for a shopping centre is prohibited development to the extent the premises are in—
(a)
the SEQ regional landscape and rural production area; or
(b)
the SEQ rural living area.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not apply if the material change of use is excluded development.
