33 Prohibited development—operational work in a wetland protection area
Operational work that is high impact earthworks in a wetland protection area is prohibited development, if—
(a)
the development is carried out for—
(i)
electricity operating works; or
(ii)
government supported transport infrastructure; and
(b)
the development is not accepted development under schedule 7, part 3, section 9.
