30 Identity cards

(1)
An authorised officer must be issued with an identity card in the form approved by the Workforce Inspectorate Victoria.
(2)
The identity card must bear a photograph and the signature of the authorised officer.
(3)
An authorised officer must produce the authorised officer's identity card for inspection—
(a)
before exercising a power under this Act, other than a requirement made by post, e‑mail or other electronic communication; and
(b)
at any time during the exercise of a power under this Act, if asked to do so.
- 10 penalty units.
