(2)
For the purposes of subsection (1), the notice must state whether the proposed agreement modifies or removes any of the following entitlements under this Act—
(a)
an entitlement to long service leave on completing 7 years of continuous service;
(b)
any entitlement arising from the operation of section 47 or 49.
