400 Appointment of inspectors

The Registrar may appoint a person as an inspector under this Act if —

(a)

the chief executive officer of the department considers the person has the necessary expertise or experience to be an inspector; or

(b)

the person has satisfactorily finished training approved by the chief executive officer of the department.
