404 Powers of inspector
(1)
An inspector must act in accordance with the directions of the Registrar.
(2)
The powers of an inspector may be limited —
(a)
under a regulation; or
(b)
under a condition of appointment; or
(c)
by written notice given by the Registrar to the inspector.
