409 Powers of inspectors on place entered
An inspector has the following powers on a place that the inspector is authorised to enter —
power to search for evidence of a contravention of this Act;
power to search for relevant documents and to require a person on the place to produce to the inspector relevant documents in the person’s custody or under the person’s control;
power to require a person on the place who is apparently involved in the management or conduct of the affairs or activities of a co‑operative to answer questions or provide information;
power to exercise the functions of an inspector under section 410 in relation to relevant documents found on the place or produced to the inspector.
