406 Entry of place

(1)

An inspector may enter a place if —

(a)

its occupier consents to the entry; or

(b)

the entry is authorised by a warrant; or

(c)

it is a place on which the affairs or activities of a co‑operative are managed or conducted.

(2)

An inspector, without the occupier’s consent or a warrant, may enter the land around the place to ask its occupier for consent to enter the place.
