Application for variation of approval

In force

An application to the Secretary for variation of approval must—

(a)

be made by the holder of the approval, and

(b)

be in a form approved by the Secretary, and

(c)

include or be accompanied by any other information or evidence that the Secretary reasonably requires to assess the application, and

(d)

be accompanied by the fee required by Schedule 5.
