44E Dealings with particular vaccines
(1)
This clause applies to a person who engages in a dealing with a vaccine that contains prohibited matter if—
(a)
the person is permitted to engage in the dealing with the vaccine under a permit issued in accordance with section 112 or 112A of the Agvet Code, and
(b)
the person complies with the conditions, if any, of the permit.
(2)
The person is taken not to have engaged in a dealing with the prohibited matter.
