108 Additional grounds for refusing, suspending or cancelling permit
A relevant decision-maker may refuse to grant a permit to a person, refuse to grant a renewal of a permit to a person or suspend or cancel a person’s permit on any of the following grounds—
the person has, in the reasonable opinion of the relevant decision-maker, made a statement or furnished information that is false or misleading in a material particular in connection with an application under the Act or in purported compliance with any requirement imposed by or under the Act,
the person has previously been granted a permit and that permit was cancelled within the previous 2 years and that cancellation has not been overturned on appeal,
the person, in the reasonable opinion of the relevant decision-maker, does not have the relevant skills, knowledge or experience to manage any biosecurity risk associated with the conduct authorised by, or to be authorised by, the permit,
the biosecurity risk associated with the conduct authorised by, or to be authorised by, the permit is, in the reasonable opinion of the relevant decision-maker, unacceptable.
