93 Additional grounds for refusing, suspending or cancelling accreditation
An accreditation authority may refuse to grant accreditation to a person, refuse to grant a renewal of accreditation to a person or suspend or cancel a person’s accreditation on any of the following grounds—
the person has, in the reasonable opinion of the accreditation authority, made a statement or furnished information that is false or misleading in a material particular in connection with an application under the Act or in purported compliance with any requirement imposed by or under the Act,
the person has previously been accredited and that accreditation was cancelled within the previous 2 years and that cancellation has not been overturned on appeal.
