30 Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV)—carriers
A person must not import into the State any of the following—
anything infested with Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV),
any of the following plants (including any part of any such plant other than a seed, fruit or flower)—
tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum),
bean (Phaseolus vulgaris),
lisianthus (Eustoma grandiflora),
lobed croton (Croton lobatus),
Capsicum spp.,
Note.
Capsicum spp. includes capsicum and chillies.
Euphorbia spp.,
Note.
Euphorbia spp. includes poinsettia.
Physalis spp..
Note.
Physalis spp. includes cape gooseberry.
