22 Banana disease carriers
A person must not import into the State any of the following—
any banana plant being any plant belonging to the family Musaceae and including any part of any such plant,
any equipment that has been used in the production of a banana plant (used banana production equipment),
any soil in which a banana plant has been grown (banana soil),
any covering that has contained or been in contact with a banana plant, used banana production equipment or banana soil.

The following are listed as prohibited matter under the Act, Part 4—
Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense tropical race 4—Panama disease tropical race 4,
Phyllosticta spp., except Phyllosticta maculata—Banana freckle.
