Condition—notification to Secretary

In force

(1)

It is a condition of registration that a registered entity must notify the Secretary of a change to any of the following within 7 days after the change occurs—

(a)

the contact details of the registered entity,

(b)

the contact details of a person in charge of animals (other than bees) of the registered entity if that person is different from the registered entity,

(c)

the location of enclosures (including yards and paddocks) used to accommodate animals (other than bees) of the registered entity.

(2)

In this clause, animal of a registered entity means an animal in respect of which the registered entity holds (or is required to hold) a biosecurity registration.
