99 Additional grounds for refusing, suspending or cancelling appointment
An accreditation authority may refuse appointment to a person, refuse to renew appointment to a person or suspend or cancel a person’s appointment on any of the following grounds—
the person has, in the reasonable opinion of the accreditation authority, made a statement or furnished information that is false or misleading in a material particular in connection with an application under the Act or in purported compliance with any requirement imposed by or under the Act,
the person has previously been appointed and that appointment was cancelled within the previous 2 years and that cancellation has not been overturned on appeal.
