62 Regulatory measures
(1)
A person must not move any restricted potato biosecurity matter—
(a)
into the potato biosecurity zone, or
(b)
into the seed potato protected area.

See Division 4 of Part 4 of the Biosecurity Order (Permitted Activities) 2019, which sets out exceptions to this subclause.
(2)
A person must not move Spongospora subterranean (Powdery scab) or Ralstonia solanacearum race 3 (causal agent of bacterial wilt) into the seed potato protected area.
