15 Footrot carriers—sheep and goats
(1)
A person must not vaccinate, or attempt to vaccinate, a sheep or a goat against footrot unless approved to do so by the Chief Veterinary Officer.
(2)
A person must not import a sheep or a goat into the State.
Note 1.
See Subdivision 2 of Division 2 of Part 2 of the Biosecurity Order (Permitted Activities) 2019, which sets out exceptions to this clause.
Note 2.
The presence of Footrot in sheep or goats is required to be notified under Division 2.
