25 Lupin anthracnose—carriers
A person must not import into the State any of the following—
any lupin plant,
any equipment that has been used in the production of a lupin plant within the previous 5 years (used lupin production equipment),
any covering that has contained or been in contact with a lupin plant or used lupin production equipment.
In this clause—
lupin plant means any plant belonging to the genus Lupinus and includes any part of such a plant but does not include lupin grain that—
is for human consumption, and
has been treated in such a way that makes the grain incapable of germination, and
is contained in a package that weighs less than 15 kilograms and that is clearly marked as being for human consumption only.

Colletotrichum lupini (Lupin anthracnose) is a prohibited matter under Part 4 of the Act.
