Amendment of designated Sydney local government areas

(1)

The regulations may amend Schedule 9 as follows—

(a)

to add a local government area, or part of a local government area, to the schedule,

(b)

to remove a local government area, or part of a local government area, from the schedule.

(2)

The regulations may contain provisions of a savings or transitional nature consequent on the making of a regulation under subsection (1).
