8.9A Appeal may not be made during review
An appeal under this division against a determination or decision must not be made during the period—
(a)
beginning on the lodgement of a request for a review of the determination or decision under Division 8.2, and
(b)
ending on the confirmation or change of the determination or decision under section 8.4, the expiry of the period set under section 8.5(1)(b) or the withdrawal of the request by the applicant.
