14 Power to investigate land for subdivision order proposals
An authority specified in clause 2 may, before a subdivision order is made.
(a)
cause surveys to be made, and plans of survey to be prepared, in relation to proposed subdivision land (whether or not vested in the authority), and
(b)
carry out research or investigation relating to proposed subdivision works.
