Making of district strategic plans

(1)

The Planning Secretary may, or must if directed by the Minister, submit a draft district strategic plan to the Minister.

(2)

The Minister may—

(a)

make a district strategic plan in the form in which the plan is submitted or with the modifications the Minister considers appropriate, or

(b)

decide not to make the draft district strategic plan.
