13 Making of representations(cf previous s 121I)
(1)
A person who is given notice under clause 8 of the intention to give a development control order may make representations concerning the proposed order in accordance with the notice.
(2)
For the purpose of making the representations, the person may be represented by an Australian legal practitioner or agent.
