15 Submissions during exhibition period
Submissions with respect to a plan, application or other matter may be made during the minimum period of its public exhibition under this Part.
If the plan, application or other matter is placed on public exhibition for a specified longer period, submissions may be made during that specified longer period.
A submission made after the end of the period specified in subclause (1) or (2) is not a submission for the purposes of the Act, the regulations or an environmental planning instrument.
Subclause (3) does not prevent a consent authority from considering a submission made after the end of the period specified in subclause (1) or (2).
