2 Subdivision authorities
Any of the following authorities may be designated in a subdivision order as the relevant authority for the subdivision land—
(a)
the Planning Ministerial Corporation,
(b)
a council,
(c)
Landcom,
(d)
a development corporation established under the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974,
(e)
any other body prescribed by the regulations.
